Join us for 45 minutes of fitness that will feel more like play than exercise. Each class includes games, movement instruction, a workout of the day, and education.
Our 60 minute classes include a warm-up, movement instruction and skill, workout and a challenge. We focus on ten general physical skills: endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy and coordination. Ideal for teen athletes or aspiring teen athletes.
We've made purchasing and registering for classes easy! CrossFit Kids Chickasaw uses the Mindbody website and app.
