Productive play for Kids ages 7+


Join us for 45 minutes of fitness that will feel more like play than exercise. Each class includes games, movement instruction, a workout of the day, and education.


Playing to Win for Teens ages 13+


Our 60 minute classes include a warm-up, movement instruction and skill, workout and a challenge. We focus on ten general physical skills: endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy and coordination. Ideal for teen athletes or aspiring teen athletes.


We've made purchasing and registering for classes easy! CrossFit Kids Chickasaw uses the Mindbody website and app.

  • You can register for a class starting 7 days out and up to 30 minutes prior to the class time
  • If you forget to register, you are still welcome to attend
  • If you can't make it, please cancel at least 30 minutes to class to avoid a cancellation charge
