Kids

Be ready to jump, run, crawl and roll. Every class features a new workout--which means its new to everyone so there's no need to be intimidated! There is also plenty of time to for games, skill work and fun.

    • Wear clothing that lets you run, jump, roll, pull, swing, climb, crawl, throw, and be upside down.
    • Those with long hair might want to tie it back.
    • We encourage you to drink water when you are thirsty. We have a water fountain, but it is nice for you to have your own bottle.
    • Tell the coach if anything hurts.
    • We'd love for you to bring a friend!

    Parents

We can't wait to introduce your child to CrossFit. Please  arrive a few minutes early to meet the coach and the other athletes as well as to complete the waiver. A few other notes:

    • You are welcome to stay, although many of our athletes feel most comfortable without an audience. If you do stay, please refrain from coaching. Cheering is always encouraged.
    • Safety is paramount to the coaches. To protect your child, if your child is younger than 12, please walk them inside for drop off and pick up.
    • Unless pre-arranged with the coach, the children are only allowed to go home with the person who drops them off.
    • We encourage kids to bring their friends to class. It is always more fun. Please make sure that a legal guardian has signed our waiver before bringing them to class.
    • Children with disciplinary problems: first warning-free of consequence, second warning-sit out the first two minutes of the game, third warning-go to the parent.
    • Please let a coach know of any special needs for your children that may facilitate their individual safety, learning, and growth (e.g. medications, illness, physical/mental limitations, injury, sports, etc.).
    • We work with children ages 7 and older.
